How do we get started?

Set up company, premises, shifts and holidays. Bulk upload employees using CSV, then allocate shifts and bind devices.

What if premises is not assigned?

Employee can check-in/out from any location (WFH/field). If premises is assigned, punches validate with accuracy score.

Do you support breaks and lunch punches?

Yes—Lunch-In/Lunch-Out and break punches, with reminders and reporting.

What reports are included?

Attendance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and overtime reports (daily/weekly/monthly), plus exceptions and shift views.

Is device binding mandatory?

You can enforce one-device per employee. This is recommended for operations where proxy punching is a risk.

Do you support multiple companies?

Yes—Super Admin can create companies, manage master data (country/state/city/logos), and premises types.
